卡瑞那與圖奈瑞和米森尼爾．瑪爾同盟，祂的敵人則是貝爾托休勒斯。雨之守護者 - 卡瑞那 (Karana, the Rainkeeper) 的信徒相信暴雨絕對的力量。他們崇拜雨水能給予生命的力量，尊敬沙暴與暴風雨的毀滅力。典型的卡瑞那信徒是鄉村的人類、農夫、牧場經營者等。通常他們會提供食宿給陌生人擋風遮雨、得以溫飽。大部分卡瑞那信徒過著流浪的生活，旅遊到風吹之處。他們是很謙虛、慷慨的人，重視力量與誠信，但無法容許對卡瑞那與其作為有絲毫的不尊敬，因為他們知道只有靠祂的智慧與仁慈，諾瑞斯的一切才沒有被永恆的暴風雨毀滅。
