Notes:
Entry level zone: you should be fine in most ToV gear or AoM quest gear.

Tanks, Rejoice! Your refusal to care about a mob's position in relation to your scouty friends (like, putting it's back into a wall, or in the midst of lots of rocks causing LoS issues) can actually be beneficial on this encounter! (Alternatively, you can use AOE blockers and let scouty friends rock out normally as scouty friends do.) Rear Guard owns faces. Block it, or stand in front of the mob. (RIP hit rates.)
Pterotrainer Yu'lua
Ummmm... he doesn't really do much. There's a curse that effs your stats (I think), I generally just cure the first high DPS that it lands on. He summons an add... everything is basically a turn/burn.
Council- Augur Kaimanu, Lavacrafter Peleaina, Obsidian Warrior Koa
Ummm... I've read all sorts of folks' complicated strats on this... "Tank X here and Y there and... blah blah blah..." Maybe that's necessary? Idk. If so, someone can edit that in here as an alternative option.
Basically, kill the Augur, then Lavacrafter followed by the Warrior. Tanks have been capable of cycling saves for a while... just keep them up. The fight isn't overly long, well within reasonable means of temp-cycling.
High Priest Hamanu'akaloa
Really, the only thing you need to do is interrupt the one spell cast, [insert name here] Magma-something-or-another.
Fiery Effigy of Clotl'thoa
He has an incremental damage reduction buff on him. I think it starts at 5 (?). You can yolo-dps on start and see how far you can get, or pull him out of the lava from the get-go, drop his stacks then drag him back into the lava. While out of lava, adds slowly join the fight (they get one-shotted by arrows)-- he's immune to damage when he's not in the lava, so, feel free to save your timewarps/VCs/temps for when he's actually able to take damage.
