Requires 170 AA Points spend and 10 of them in General tree and 10 of them in Priest tree and 10 of them in Cleric tree

Grants the inquisitor the ability to debuff the target's wisdom when the Deny line of spells is used.

Adds an additional wisdom debuff to the Weakness line.
