Kill tacticians on both sides of the conflict (Tae Ew and Rallosian). The tacticians are approximately level 40.
- Slay Tae Ew conscripts found around ( -1308, -11, 365 ) Copy/waypoint -1308, -11, 365.
  - Slay three groups of two conscripts to make the tactician spawn.
  - Slay the Tae Ew Tactician who spawns. ( -1303, 9, 365 ) Copy/waypoint -1303, 9, 365
- Slay Rallosian footman found around ( -1101, -4, 558 ) Copy/waypoint -1101, -4, 558.
  - Slay three groups of two footmen to make the tactician spawn.
  - Slay the Rallosian Tactician who spawns. ( -1066, -4, 555 ) Copy/waypoint -1066, -4, 555
Return to Gretchen Spiritstorm to receive your reward.
