2. Find Zarual X'Tazinder at ( 17, 1, 12 ) Copy/waypoint 17, 1, 12. After you defeat Zarual, he will drop a small chest with Completed Potion of Hate's Identic
3. Use the potion of Hate's Identic.
4. Plant scrying devices around the plaza where the Thexian is speaking. The locations are all on stacks of crates and are marked with green shinies.

   2. ( -19, 0, -10 ) Copy/waypoint -19, 0, -10
   3. ( -23, 2, 7 ) Copy/waypoint -23, 2, 7
   4. ( -10, 2, 22 ) Copy/waypoint -10, 2, 22
5. Plant the last scrying stone near the speaker at ( 5, 2, 0 ) Copy/waypoint 5, 2, 0.
6. At this point, the Thexian Guards (at level vv Heroic) become aggro. Defeat them.
7. Return to Ambassador Anttel at ( -123, -38, 23 ) Copy/waypoint -123, -38, 23
