   • Summons adds, too many will insta-kill
   • He stops taking damage when too many sand squalls are up, kill them to damage him
9. Take the magic carpet he was sitting on, now a transport, to the upper level
10. Go up the ramp behind you and kill all the mobs in the hallway to activate the transport portals (can use either side, doesn't matter)
11. Go to the Sovereign's Reflection (second room on the right, aka Mirror room) at ( 604, 71, -44 ) Copy/waypoint 604, 71, -44
    • Fears
    • Keep Zakir-Sar-Ussur (Sovereign) in line of sight of the mirror (in front) and then use a Heroic Opportunity to trap him in the mirror. Beware your pet or merc might cast root and keep him from going into mirror.
    • DPS the Hand while throwing another Heroic Opportunity on the Sovereign when he struggles to break free to continue to trap him into the mirror if needed.
    • DPS the Hand again until it is dead.
