- Kill Riason Hanagom in Windstalker Village ( -1903, -30, -615 ) Copy/waypoint -1903, -30, -615, upstairs at the millhouse tavern.
- Return to Captain Eitoa and she will instruct you to find a mage who can counteract the spell on the note so it can be read.
- Go to the The Concordium Tower in South Qeynos, through the red teleporter, and speak with Rune Shimmerstar. ( 713, 41, 104 ) Copy/waypoint 713, 41, 104
- Return to Captain Eitoa.
- Find and kill a Bloodsaber courier around ( -907, -32, 228 ) Copy/waypoint -907, -32, 228 who will spawn as you run on the Qeynos Highway.
- Return to Captain Eitoa for your reward.
- Speak to Wesaelan Brookshadow in The Eldar Grove, to see if his research has uncovered anything further about the Bloodsabers.
