• You will need 5 carbonite clusters, 5 gold clusters, and 100 Basic Coal to complete the subquests. Buy them off a broker or harvest them from The Thundering Steppes (stonecrest ore - carbonite, wind-swept stones - gold).

Steps

1. Find and talk to Lord Bowsprite, who is on the bottom level of the instance. ( 234, -16, -250 ) Copy/waypoint 234, -16, -250
2. Return to The Gigglegibber King.
3. Speak with Snoseniffer the Schemer. ( 201, 6, -341 ) Copy/waypoint 201, 6, -341
4. Speak with the following NPCs an complete their subquests:
   • Gigglegibber Mayor from a Gigglegibber ballot counter ( 207, 1, -333 ) Copy/waypoint 207, 1, -333
   • Gigglegibber Melodies from Imadeus Gigglegibber ( 172, 1, -332 ) Copy/waypoint 172, 1, -332
   • Making Coins from a Gigglegibber blacksmith ( 229, -16, -230 ) Copy/waypoint 229, -16, -230
   • Subterranean Underwater Vessel from a Gnomish inventor ( 208, 1, -316 ) Copy/waypoint 208, 1, -316
5. Unlock the four vaults at the bottom level of the instance ( 236, -16, -240 ) Copy/waypoint 236, -16, -240. The answers to the lock combinations are (from left to right):

6. Release and speak to Lord Bowsprite.
7. Return to The Gigglegibber King.
8. Return to Pinchy Presentpeeler in The City of Freeport or Qeynos Province District.
