Prerequisites
- Mages must be at least level 20 to be offered this quest.
Steps
- In South Qeynos, travel to the gate leading to the Starcrest Commune and zone in. (693.2, -20.5, 267.5 )
- Slay 6 ghastly specters, ghastly knights, and/or portal guardians.
- Collect 6 scattered pages from the heretic's journal.
- Return to Bellengere the Three.
Rewards
- Completing this quest gives +500 faction with The Concordium
