Functioning Ulteran Spires appear in six zones on the ground and numerous places in The Overrealm. Ruins of the old Ulteran Spire network can still be found in many other places around the Shattered Lands.
The spires will teleport anyone holding a shard to The Barren Sky in the Overrealm every 5 minutes. Speak to the scion near the spires to receive a shard.
