Steps

1. Examine a skeleton at ( 84, 7, -74 ) Copy/waypoint 84, 7, -74. (one of the ire minion alcoves)
2. Irisor the Insane (Level 25^^) will spawn. Kill him.
3. Inspect a rock in Windstalker Village in Antonica ( -1911, -32, -519 ) Copy/waypoint -1911, -32, -519.
4. Irisor the Insane (now Level 27^) will spawn. Kill him.
5. Inspect a rock in The Thundering Steppes near the giants ( 389, 1, 890 ) Copy/waypoint 389, 1, 890.
6. Irisor the Insane (now Level 28^^^) will spawn. Kill him.
7. Go to the Ruins of Varsoon and inspect the cork of a wine bottle in the cellar at ( 143, -4, 30 ) Copy/waypoint 143, -4, 30. It's at the bottom right side of the wine rack.
8. Irisor the Insane (now Level 29^^^) will spawn. Kill him to complete the quest.
