Steps[]

Speak with Sevri Il'Bethod who is standing next to the mailbox, outside the inn ( 2, 0, -36 ) Copy/waypoint 2, 0, -36.
You receive Silver Tweezers in your inventory.
Target any Kerra and use the Silver Tweezers until you have collected 5 kerran hairs. Note: After you tweeze a Kerra he can be tweezed again after about one minute.
Return to Sevri Il'Bethod for your reward.
