Craft 2 Turtle Shell Bucklers and 2 Turtle Shell Mageshields (at the nearby woodworking table ( 328, 189, 509 ) Copy/waypoint 328.05, 188.61, 508.61).
- Scribe the Turtle Shell Shield Sketches recipe.
- In addition to the shells you will need:
  - 4 carbonite cluster
  - 8 gold cluster
  - 8 rough agate
  - 12 sparkling sandpaper (level 20 - 29)
Speak to Cordelia at the Highlands Outpost (not the docks).
