You are given "case notes" as an inventory item. The case notes update after each conversation. Justinian sends you to work with Zherran Tzizzink ( -27, 0, 47 ) Copy/waypoint -27, 0, 47 at Enchanted Lands to interrogate suspects. Zherran gives you a list of suspects to interrogate and to determine which are true and false statements.
After you speak to them all open the case notes in your inventory, right click and examine them. Click on any of the text boxes that reviews the suspects to get the update, then speak to Zherran. The one thought guilty is Carlee.
