The herald of the Tribunal has informed me that summoning an Avatar requires the land to be attuned to their element. To achieve this, altars have been set up around the region, but they need to be supplied with power. I have been asked to assist with this by collecting objects infused with the essence of slain foes and offer them to an altar.
- Collect 3 infused gavel fragments (random body drop from mobs in Splendor Sky Aerie) Body Drops near ( -574, 78, 679 )
- Use the infused gavel fragments and empower an altar. Random spawn in Timorous Deep, its yellow sparkles visible far away, possible locations of altar
- ( 727, 161, 150 ) near Chrykori Isle griffon tower
- ( -3, 31, 60 ) west of Chrykori Village
- ( 1170, 199, 232 ) near the western end of the broken bridge
