Find a way to cross the chasm.
Collect the longbow and quiver of arrows ( 12, 1, 22 ) Copy/waypoint 12, 1, 22
Collect a ladder ( -30, 0, -2 ) Copy/waypoint -30, 0, -2 and place it at ( -33, 0, 20 ) Copy/waypoint -33, 0, 20.
Climb the ladder and attach the rope at the top.
Look across the chasm for a suitable place to shoot your arrow. You can see the location from the ladder, but you need to get as close as possible to it so you don't get a "too far away" message.
