Steps

1. Obtain a scale from the body of Doom Lord Septimus to refine the Refined Mutagenic Potion:
   1. Kill Sothis and pick up the Torpor Draught on a table in his room. ( -9, -69, 291 ) Copy/waypoint -9, -69, 291
   2. Place this potion in the 'Bubbling Cauldron' that Katalkana walks near to put him to sleep. ( -23, -68, 449 ) Copy/waypoint -23, -68, 449
   3. Kill Doom Lord Septimus. ( -123, -68, 454 ) Copy/waypoint -123, -68, 454
2. Drink the Transmogrification Elixir that has been placed in your inventory.
