Visit the Midwater Bridge near The Runnyeye Ward at ( 158, 0, -358 ) Copy/waypoint 158, 0, -358 and kill the Runnyeye scout that spawns at the northern end ( 156, -1, -374 ) Copy/waypoint 156, -1, -374.
