Collect the missing Dimensional Transducer pieces.
Go to The Commonlands to search the spot where the Antenna translocated ( -6, -48, -427 ) Copy/waypoint -6, -48, -427, near the Ulteran spires. Collect a purple shiny somewhere near the spire.
Use the swirling disc inside the spires to travel to Lavastorm. Collect a purple shiny somewhere near the spire ( -381, -31, -601 ) Copy/waypoint -380.72, -31.24, -601.41.
Take the spires to The Thundering Steppes. Collect a purple shiny somewhere near the spire ( 1140, -26, 174 ) Copy/waypoint 1140.34, -25.51, 173.62.
Note: Be sure and physically collect the shinies. This quest gives you an update for them just by proximity, but Tinmizer's Magnificent Messenger requires you to collect them.
