This instance can be done group or solo, however only a max of two people in a group can enter the same instance. There are three levels and the items needed are on the second and third level.
The mobs in this zone respawn, and the required quest harvests do not, so if you do this quest as a group, you'll need to re-enter for each person who has the quest.
