Steps

1. Scribe the recipe Colorful Oceansfull Shell Necklace you received from Kisu
2. Collect 6 shells of each color from around the area. (Aqua, Orange, and Pink).
3. Craft the Colorful Oceansfull Shell Necklace using the Oceansfull Othmir Work Bench ( -1138, -533, 3391 ) Copy/waypoint -1138.14, -532.53, 3391.01 (Note: Do not try to use Mass Production to make multiple necklaces in one combine. It will use the resources but provide only 1 update.)
4. Return to Kisu for an update.
5. Give out the crafted necklaces to 6 Oathmir's in the area.
6. Return to Kisu at ( -1216, -539, 3384 ) Copy/waypoint -1216, -539, 3384
