I now need to seek out a somone who mentions a magical cloak made out of the scales of a white dragon

Rotheck Dragonforge in Moors of Ykesha at the Dropship Landing Zone ( 1803, 453, 963 ) Copy/waypoint 1803, 452.5, 962.5
He sends you into Nu'roga to get blue sapphires, Evernight Abbey to get a fay-formed ingot, and you need to harvest an incarnadine cluster to make a necklace for him.
- The incarnadine cluster may be purchased from the broker for the update.
1. The fay-formed ingot is in Evernight Abbey at ( 106, -7, -121 ) Copy/waypoint 105.5, -6.5, -120.5
2. The blue sapphires are a common update in Nu'roga off trash goblins.
You are then sent to Ward Glanral in The Upper Moor's of Mkesha at ( -55, -79, 467 ) Copy/waypoint -55, -79, 467

Ward Glanral asks you to purchase a swampsoaked amythest from one of the tuptan merchants and to acquire a rough fire emerald
