The Vasty Deep is a non-combat zone filled with quest NPCs for the associated instances. From the teleport-in point, a ramp spirals upward to a structure on top of the island. Inside that structure is a ramp spiraling down to the three instance doors.

From any telepad, ask any Temporal Guide to send you to Deepwater Pavilion station. Take the stairs behind the quest givers (S) down to double doors at (-160.00, 174.49, -377.35). Click the teleporter to enter The Vasty Deep.
