The "flute route" ( -307.25 107.03 -404.42 ) to ( -217.65 98.43 -314.90 ) to ( -248.79 98.35 -296.19 ) (just suggested points.) Run around from point to point making a loop while playing the flute, looking around, and killing cobras and carpets as needed. You will eventually find an Orb with the journal. You can turn your sound down if the dissonant flute sound gets on your nerves, there is an icon in your maintained spells window you can use to make sure the flute is active.)
