What does this information mean?

Starting the Quest

The starting zones are Qeynos Harbor (Qeynos Province District) and West Freeport (The City of Freeport).

Bring along:

1. 100 Basic Coal
2. 5 carbonite clusters (T3 harvest from stonecrest ore in Thundering Steppes)
3. 5 gold clusters (T3 harvest from eventide stone in Nektulos Forest or wind swept stones in Thundering Steppes)

Steps

1. Speak to any of the Gigglegibber lottery goblins. (There is one in Frostfell Wonderland Village at ( 84, -4, -1185 ) Copy/waypoint 84.41, -4.09, -1184.61)
   • Note: You can also try talking to the Gigglegibber scout in The Qeynos Exchange ( 688, -20, -43 ) Copy/waypoint 687.62, -20.05, -42.90 or The Freeport Reserve ( 199, -2, -117 ) Copy/waypoint 198.80, -2.47, -117.36.
2. Swim under the docks in Enchanted Lands and click on the sewer cover at ( 41, -30, 118 ) Copy/waypoint 41, -30, 118 to zone into The Gigglegibber Hideout.
3. You will need to speak to The Gigglegibber King at the top of the scaffolding to receive the quest Unlocking the Elfin Lord.
4. Complete Unlocking the Elfin Lord (it has 4 sub-quests)(Bring 100 Basic Coal, 5 carbonite clusters, 5 gold clusters). NOTE: The Gnomish Inventor will initially ask for a small amount of coal. And then ask again, and again for more coal. Save yourself multiple trips by getting the 100 coal in one trip...
5. Exit the zone via the [A Man Hole Cover] near the zone-in point. Return to Pinchy Presentpeeler in Qeynos Harbor or West Freeport near the wardrobe to get the quest Removing the Grump.
   • Note: You need to take one of the presents from the instance in Removing the Grump prior to leaving the Elfin Wonderland in order to complete this quest. If you forget, speak to Pinchy again, he will update the quest for you.

Rewards

• At least 1p 10g at Level 95
• One of the following:
  • Festive Gigglegibber Cloak
  • Frigid Snowmound
  • Burnt Gingerdread Man
  • Dark Frostbite Goblin - new for 2013
  • 5 Frozen Token of E'ci
