Go to the Lake of Ill Omen in Fens of Nathsar and find the altar of Karana on the shore ( 146, -119, 146 ) Copy/waypoint 146, -119, 146.
Use the portal seeds to create a portal for Askr to come through.
Fight the elementals as Askr casts, keep him alive.
The Avatar of Plagues spawns. Defeat the 2 putrescent anathemas.
The Avatar of Storms will finish off the Avatar of Plagues.
Speak to The Avatar of Storms and he will rezz Askr.
Speak to Askr to get your cloak.
