Steps

1. Speak with Vhizz Frugrin inside the Frugrin Observatory in Steamfont Mountains. ( -957, 156, 740 ) Copy/waypoint -957, 156, 740 
2. Travel to Runnyeye in The Enchanted Lands, enter The Chamber of Rulgax ( 180, -17, 191 ) Copy/waypoint 180, -17, 191 and kill Lord Rulgax for his unique eye.
3. Return to Vhizz Frugrin in Steamfont Mountains.
4. Harvest the following three catalysts:
   • ice crystals from the base of the statue in Icespire Summit. ( -52, 76, -623 ) Copy/waypoint -52, 76, -623
     • Icespire Summit is in Everfrost, at ( -91, 60, -900 ) Copy/waypoint -91, 60, -900. To reach the entrance, enter from the Icespire Caverns, at ( -157, 22, -526 ) Copy/waypoint -157, 22, -526.
   • heavy mineral water from a geyser in Steamfont Mountains. ( -588, 70, 1589 ) Copy/waypoint -588, 70, 1589 
   • molten crystal from Lavastorm near the Ulteran Spire. ( -412, -31, -580 ) Copy/waypoint -412, -31, -580
5. Return to Vhizz Frugrin in Steamfont Mountains.
6. Speak with a Grikbar outcast, a kobold in Steamfont Mountains, at ( -1195, 96, 1306 ) Copy/waypoint -1195, 96, 1306 .
7. Kill 3 named kobolds in Steamfont Mountains:
   • Scout Pechyooka - roams around ( -980, 71, 1270 ) Copy/waypoint -980, 71, 1270 
   • Slave Pechmooka - Mines of Meldrath (POI) (not the instance) ( -1394, 85, 1059 ) Copy/waypoint -1394, 85, 1059 
   • Digmaster Pechpooka - Grikbar Crater ( -109, 43, 1183 ) Copy/waypoint -109, 43, 1183 
8. Return to the Grikbar outcast. ( -1195, 96, 1306 ) Copy/waypoint -1195, 96, 1306 
9. Enter King Grikbar's Caverns from the Lair of the Rex in Steamfont Mountains. ( -70, 80, 1294 ) Copy/waypoint -70, 80, 1294 . The entrance is in behind the banner.
10. Kill King Grikbar, the Scourge of Steamfont. ( -4, -34, -65 ) Copy/waypoint -4, -34, -65
    • WARNING: At 50% health, the king will call the zone to him, so clear before you engage. Update will occur with the King's death, so if you can kill quickly enough you can ignore the mobs being called and just finish off the king.
