What does this information mean?

I met a ghost by the name of Thaneni, wandering along the river near Zou'Lidelas. He pointed out that for a people that revere passion and growth, the glaufaye seem to be lacking both. It's made me curious.

Speak to Arideva ( -454, 222, 337 ) Copy/waypoint -453.63, 222.14, 337 .
Kill lashing petalcreepers ( -414, 131, -162 ) Copy/waypoint -414.31, 131.31, -162.36, collecting 16 petalcreeper seeds.
Plant petalcreeper seeds within fresh locust corpses: Kill 8 cave locusts ( -145, 112, 328 ) Copy/waypoint -145.22, 112.21, 327.87. Click the bodies afterwards to plant the seeds.
Return to Arideva.
