Steps

Gather seven missing runes of the Staff of Theer
- The Ruins of Guk: The Lower Corridors (moderate to hard) update from killing Hoptor Thagglore (The Ghoul King).
- Veksar: The Sunken Theater (easy to moderate) update from killing Lord Sasil
- Emperor Atrebe's Laboratory: The Fabled City of Kor-sha (moderate to hard) update from a box in the last boss room.
- Miragul's Phylactery: The Crucible (moderate) update from a box in the last boss room.
- Najena's Hollow Tower (easy to moderate) update from a box in the last boss room.
- Befallen: Necrotic Asylum (moderate to hard) update from killing last boss.
- Ravenscale Repository (moderate to hard) update from killing last boss.
Return to Firmroot Moot and talk to The Great Morsley
The Great Morsley will give you another Staff of Theer and will send you back to Obelisk of Ahkzul to find an anchor.
- The anchor is in the last room of the Obelisk of Ahkzul. Examine the anchor for the update.
- After you get the update, you have to kill Executor Vark. This turns the anchor aggro. Equip the Staff of Theer and destroy the anchor (Will update everyone in group).
- After the anchor is destroyed (it will update for everyone in group) you have 3 minutes to escape the Obelisk. You HAVE to run back through the zone and exit from the entrance point. Calling out, dieing, etc. will prevent you from recieving the update and this numbered step will reset.
You will then be sent to find the Anchor in the Anchor of Bazzul.
