Bring at least:

Go to the North Wing Stacks on the first floor of the Library and take the teleporter to the Elemental Portal Gallery ( 260, -20, -285 ) Copy/waypoint 260, -20, -285 to access the overland zones and harvest the following:
- 16 deadly terrorfruit from celestial nursery
- 12 strangler root from celestial nursery or strangler root break
- 9 dewplam lumber from fallen dewpalm branch
- 2 silvered fleck from flecked mass
Scribe Recipe Scroll: Scroll of Enhanced Spirit of the Wolf and create Enhanced Spirit of the Wolf Scroll on an Engraved Desk.
- There is an Engraved Desk in Myrist, the Great Library. Go to the South Wing Catalog on the second floor of the Library and take the teleporter to the Crafters' Gallery.
Find Yrag the Swift on the main floor of the Library in the Myrist Main Stacks and click on him.
Take the teleporter at ( 388, 16, 170 ) Copy/waypoint 388, 16, 170 to speak with Ghida Borrell at ( 660, 412, 59 ) Copy/waypoint 660, 412, 59.
Speak with Ramyn Matrick at ( 653, 411, 21 ) Copy/waypoint 653, 411, 21.
