Find an kill a semi-rare spawn called Agony. Agony is a ghastly Wraith that spawns in The Feerrott near the Temple of Cazic-Thule. If Agony isn't up, just kill Wraiths near (-1860, -22, +639) until he spawns.
"I Need to obtain the blood of the Four. They will be found in the Lost Temple." (Temple of Cazic-Thule)
Kill 40 random lizardmen.
Obtain the blood of "the Despoiler". Hukulan the Despoiler spawns at the top of the main stairs near the zone entrance.
Obtain the blood of "the Cenobite". Kaxor the Cenobite spawns on top of either of the two temples to the sides of the main temple in the middle where Venekor spawns.
Obtain the blood of "the Champion". Xilarga The Tae Ew Champion spawns on the western temple. (56, 40, -108)
Obtain the blood of "the Torturer". Tzugaax the Torturer spawns downstairs in the Torturer Area (64, 0, 2 or 59, 0, 34 or -45, 0, 5)
Find the Fountain of Fear (Loc: 0, 27, -228) and receive (need item name, some water item). This starts a 1 hour timer.
Find the Basin of Ba'Kur (Loc: 68, 0, 2.25) within an hour. You receive Congealed Blood Sphere
