Speak to Master Lu Sywaka on the third floor of the Tower of the Four Winds

What does this information mean?

Steps

Obtain four different books in Nizara, City of the Nayad. These can be found on various bookshelves as you progress through the zone and are fairly easy to locate. All books are on top of the bookshelves.
- Entrance to Nizara is inside the city on the bottom floor, kill the mob, click the portal. The Nizara layout is the same as the Forsaken City.
1. The first book, Celestial Glimmer, sits on top of the bookcase on Level 1 at ( 66, -70, 23 ) Copy/waypoint 66, -70, 23 in the first room up the stone ramp from the entrance, with Mai'sith, the Devouring One.
2. The second book, The Avatar of All Seeing - Chapter V, is found on Level 4 in the room where you normally enter the dungeon (imagine the non-instanced zone) ( -46, -33, -26 ) Copy/waypoint -46, -33, -26 on the platform opposite Zsisae, the Quiet Thinker.
3. The third book, The False Gods - Chapter X, is on Level 5, just up the stairs from the second book. ( 58, -22, 8 ) Copy/waypoint 58, -22, 8
4. The fourth book, The Mirrored World - Chapter XI, is on Level 4 next to the Summoning Diode (click on it to change the Epic to Heroic) from the last room exit at 90° to bridge; it should be in the next room after the long floor ( 1, -23, 78 ) Copy/waypoint 1, -23, 78, immediately behind Aeri'ssth, the Magic Weaver.
Once you've read all 4 books, use your new Lu Sywaka's meditation focus stone and speak to his apparition
Kill Mistress Zhvari, Nizari'zhi, a level 75 super-heroic with two level 75 adds ( 0, 2, 6 ) Copy/waypoint 0, 2, 6
- To get to her, find your way to the top (Level 5) and kill both K'hazid and K'huthas, the elemental fire and water lords, respectively. Doing so will cause the forcefield walls behind the other named to disappear, allowing you to jump down to the named.
