In Shard of Fear in The Feerrott speak to Essence of Fear, at the very back in front of the fire wall around the temple ( -8, -2, -300 ) Copy/waypoint -8, -2, -300 If you can not enter you need to Mentor to Level 70 - 75.
Kill a mass of iksar spirits (80^^^) in Turmoil Boneyard ( -5, 20, 260 ) Copy/waypoint -5, 20, 260 (grey kill counts)
- The spawn is triggered by the conversation. If the mass is not up, speak to the Essence of Fear again
