A 'Cyprus needle', harvested from a small clump of weeds , which spawns randomly in the area around The Great Bonsai in The Pillars of Flame . ( 156, -190, -1678 Copy /waypoint 156, -190, -1678 or ( 332, -157, -1651 Copy /waypoint 332, -157, -1651
Spawn time is approx. 4 minutes, but can switch between each tree.

May be coincidence, but the weeds did not show up until I harvested another node (was a beast den) in the area.
