What does this information mean?

Charles Q Tinkersmith continues his attempts to establish a special research branch for gnemlin research. Unfortunately, all his prototypes were left behind when his research lab was overtaken by the immolated, He's asked me to go in and retrieve some prototype eyepieces and spare lenses.

Steps

1. Find some spare lenses
   1. Go to the door at the south side of the Sublevel Access Antechamber ( -106, 2, 46 ) Copy/waypoint -106, 2, 46 within Maldura.
   2. Zone into Maldura: Algorithm For Destruction (Heroic).
      • Note: This can be done solo if you are careful, you won't need to fight.
   3. Click the Box of Lenses ( -86, 14, 199 ) Copy/waypoint -85.51, 13.66, 198.91
   4. Click 3 A Dead Assistant on the steps nearby.
      • The assistants appear in random spots. Some possible locations include:
        • ( 5, 24, 137 ) Copy/waypoint 5, 24, 137
        • ( -34, 10, 159 ) Copy/waypoint -34, 9.8, 158.5
        • ( -106, 5, 113 ) Copy/waypoint -106, 5, 113
        • ( -115, 1, 106 ) Copy/waypoint -115, 1, 106
2. Bring the lenses and prototypes back to Charles Q Tinkersmith in Maldura.
