NOTE: You may need to mentor for this quest as it seems to kill the minecrawler immediately
It appears a tinkered minecrawler got lost on its way back to Splitiron Mines and powered down to conserve energy. I believe I can get it back to the mine's power station after I take its controls before it's completely drained. There are buttons near the top of its hull:
Display Battery Charge -- Returns the current battery power.
Mechnomagnetic Pulse -- Detects sources of mechnomechanic power surrounding the minecrawler. Usage drains 1% of charge.
Draw Power -- Inserts energy prongs into valid sources of power to charge batteries.

Drive the minecrawler back to the battery charging station in the Splitiron Mine ( 183, 137, 240 ) Copy/waypoint 182.79, 136.79, 240.02.
You start at 20% energy, so you'll need to take the most effective route and avoid combat.
Although simply using the shortest possible path will allow you to complete the quest, there are also invisible batteries in some spots that can be revealed using Mechnomagnetic Pulse and tapped using Draw Power. Some locations include:
