Steps

1. Speak to Xin-xu
2. Speak to Ghil Ventur in Antonica, near the Coldwind Point Lighthouse.
3. Gather 5 pieces of bark from mulberry bushes in The Village of Shin, within the Courtyard of Hope. ( 29, 14, -60 ) Copy/waypoint 29, 14, -60 You can harvest one bush 5 times.
4. Collect starch from the Nurwin's storage shed. ( -50, 11, -114 ) Copy/waypoint -50, 11, -114
5. Speak to Spark Augren. ( 14, 9, -32 ) Copy/waypoint 13.62, 8.69, -31.84 
6. Return to Xin-xu Augren for your reward.
