Kill The Leviathan in The Chamber of Destiny.
Kill Nexona in Veeshan's Peak.
Return to the Skeleton of Yasva V'Alear ( -331, -61, -503 ) Copy/waypoint -331, -61, -503 in Stonehoof Badlands to claim your Mythic weapon.

This quest is part of the Inquisitor Epic Weapon Timeline, and can only be started/completed by a member of that class of at least Level 80.
