The Last Will and testament of Taglfitz Francis Alewicious Von Gearbender III
I. I, Taglfitz Francis Alewicious Von Gearbender III, residing at 21 Cogswattle Ln Guanrlegrum, being of relatively sound mind, do hereby declare this instrument to be my last will and testament.
II. I hereby revoke all previous wills and codicils unless you are a tax collector and a previous will or codicil grants my beneficiary more coin. At which time the document which presents the most coin will take precedence.
III. I direct that the disposition of my remains be as follows: Depending on the nature of my death, please destroy my remains and distribute them into the nearest body of water. Whether that be a puddle near the alley i was killed in or the ocean that my ship went down in. I also ask that the hymn "Ode to Loose Screws" be hummed by no less than three witnesses.
IV. I give all the rest and residue of my estate to my sibling, Deloris Von Gearbender, should she survive me for 60 days. If my sibling, Deloris Von Gearbender, does not survive me, I give all the rest and residue of my estate to my spouse if I have happened to find one. If you are reading this in review to me getting this document notarized and are a single gnome female (S,Gn, F) and are interested in becoming my beneficiary, please contact me. If neither my sibling nor my future potential spouse, yes, that could be you! survives me, I give all the rest and residue of my estate to my heirs as determined by the laws of the State of guantlegrum, relating to descent and distribution.
V. I appoint Toggery Von gearbender, to act as the executor of this will, to serve without bond. Should Toggery Von Gearbender be unable or unwilling to serve, then I appoint the finder of this will to act as the executor of this will.
