What does this information mean?
The land in Butcherblock Mountains actually slopes upwards towards the ocean, and due to the high elevation, it is called The Highlands.
The Highlands are a rough region. The southwest is safe - both Freeportians and Qeynosians have set up small encampments that also function as quest hubs. However, the southeastern part is full of various Yarpsnarl kobolds, and the more northern reaches are filled with Kragploom aviaks and Haoaeran spiroc from Timorous Deep, as well as hostile native gorillas.
In the far southeast corner of the section, there is a druid ring.
