The Heart of Fear

This quest used to be the access quest for the Sanctum of Fear, but it's completion is no longer required to enter the instance.
Later in the quest, you will need four clay golem hearts, which drop from the corpses of clay golems wandering the zone. You may loot them prior to being on the quest.

Steps[]

Collect weapons from the Tae Ew Lizardmen:
- 3 spears from Tae Ew hunters
- 5 runed swords from Tae Ew defenders
- 5 maces from Tae Ew warders
Return to Nemar Gadgetglow.
Find three auto-updating items from any lizardman in the dungeon:
- Sliver of Thulzite
- Shard of Thulzite
- Piece of Thulzite
Return to Nemar Gadgetglow.
Find the Runes of Terror. ( 0, 61, -178 ) Copy/waypoint 0, 61, -178
Kill the Acidic Mass at ( 0, 44, -214 ) Copy/waypoint 0, 44, -214. It is the last spawn of a ring event started at the pool down the back stairs of the central pyramid on the upper terrace.
Receive a Broken Key, and take this to Nemar.
Speak to Ux Uval in the Codex of Cadavers. ( -2, -13, -76 ) Copy/waypoint -2, -13, -76
Find the Pool of Dread. ( 0, 4, -8 ) Copy/waypoint 0, 4, -8
Enter the Sanctum of Fear. ( -17, -10, -173 ) Copy/waypoint -16.64, -10, -172.80
- Make sure you have collected at least four clay golem hearts before proceeding to this step.
