- To reach him, jump into the Bay of Anuk and swim to his location. You can also take the carpet at the docks to the Twin Tears, and jump down the Eye of Anuk, which is connected to his cave.
Return to Rashad, who will attack you. Dispose of him.
Return to the Ortallian treasure hunter for your reward.
