The Feerrott jungle is the ancestral homeland of the ogres and the location of their former capital, Oggok. During the Second Rallosian War, the ogres spread their influence and control to all corners of the jungle, nearly driving the other native sentients, the lizardmen and the frogloks, to extinction. When the Age of Cataclysms ripped apart Norrath, the Feerrott separated from its location in the southwestern corner of the supercontinent Antonica and relocated as an island to the south of Karan. The Feerrott is composed of just one zone, also called The Feerrott, and two smaller zones of Kugup and the Temple of Cazic-Thule.

The Feerrott is a thick jungle where just about anything will attack you and no road is safe from danger. Sharp mountain ridges jettison upwards separating the jungle into valleys and gulches. Water brought down from these mountains drain into the jungle via two main rivers, the Anaconda and the Greenblood. Scattered throughout the jungle are the ruins of lizardman and ogre structures, with the largest and freshest being that of the Rallosian Empire. The Feerrotian jungle consumes everything in it, so these ruins are in a state of rapid decay.
The major themes of the Feerrott are the stabilization of the lizardman population by the forces of Freeport and Qeynos, understanding the plight of the lizardmen, especially the relationship between the Evol Ew and the Tae Ew, and uncovering the depth of Cazic-Thule's influence on the jungle.
