If you use a waypoint to the supply chest, the correct location will be marked on the map but the gold "wisp" will not indicate the correct location. The supply chest is found on the ocean floor under the wreckage of the Glaciersmash's deck. Watch out for the lurking-shell crackers which swim in the area.
