This was formerly the access quest for the inner temple of the Silent City, called The Fountain of Life. It is no longer necessary to complete this quest to gain access to The Fountain of Life as of LU48.
There are 3 versions of this quest, each picked up randomly when you inspect the Stone Tablet. The only difference between versions is the order in which the monoliths are inspected.

Inspect the 'Rhoen' rune on the Altar of the Eyes. ( 903, 35, 192 ) Copy/waypoint 903, 35, 192
Speak to the the Steward of Fyr'Un. He will give you a stone tablet.
Examine the tablet to start the quest.

Visit various monoliths:
- Zul ( 864, 0, 226 ) Copy/waypoint 864, 0, 226 middle building, east side
- Yuex ( 918, -1, 204 ) Copy/waypoint 918, -1, 204 mid-way up the center structure, west side
- Paro ( 1025, -8, 549 ) Copy/waypoint 1025, -8, 549 ground level, west corner from A Jin'Tat Battlepriest
- Fett ( 815, -16, 267 ) Copy/waypoint 815, -16, 267 ground level, east side from Spiregaze
- Luna ( 985, -26, 440 ) Copy/waypoint 985, -26, 440 ground level, southwest corner
- Adu ( 791, -2, 100 ) Copy/waypoint 791, -2, 100 ground level, northeast corner
- Myr ( 1072, 16, 420 ) Copy/waypoint 1072, 16, 420 third tier up, west side
- Uzu ( 1020, -1, 315 ) Copy/waypoint 1020, -1, 315 middle tier, west side
- Rhoen ( 851, -26, 502 ) Copy/waypoint 851, -26, 502 ground Floor, east side
Enter the The Fountain of Life. ( 895, -1, 245 ) Copy/waypoint 895, -1, 245
- Warning: You will zone-in within aggro range of multiple (4) 62^^^ Heroic gnolls, so be prepared to fight. There is also a patrol of 3 more (Heroic) gnolls that goes as far as the entrance.
Turn around, open the door and enter the foyer.
- Since the access quest was removed, you no longer need to place any runes into the sockets on the floor, the quest completes immediately. Although the sockets remain active, interacting will tell you that you don't seem to have any runes to fit into the puzzle.
