   3. Kill Hoshkar in Veeshan's Peak for the power.
2. Kill Kullaba Dreadpool in Kullaba Dreadpool's Lair.

   This is a solo step. Enter the door to Kullaba Dreadpool's Lair in Kunzar Jungle behind City of Mist at ( 23, 145, -963 ) Copy/waypoint 23, 145, -963. When you enter the zone, use the Nightmarion, then proceed to clear the zone.
