- Speak to Hulda Flintbraid to pick up the quest ( 356, -36, 719 ) Copy/waypoint 355.77, -36.15, 718.67
- Find the ghostly blacksmiths in the Great Artisan Hall ( -67, -2, 5 ) Copy/waypoint -66.69, -1.64, 5.14, of The Bazaar area, and speak to each in turn to receive the recipe: Recipe Scroll: Practice Balanzite Barbute.
- Pick up the components for the recipe in the crate behind either of the two blacksmiths.
- Craft the Practice Balanzite Barbute on a nearby forge.
- Speak to one of the blacksmiths and give him the helm.
- Return to Hulda in the Luclin Nexus.
