Go to Kunzar Jungle (the druid ring in there is close to the area you need.) ( -605, -40, 276 ) Copy/waypoint -605, -40, 276 use Trakaraptor mask and speak with A keen trakaraptor at ( -608, -40, 269 ) Copy/waypoint -608, -40, 269.
Kill an anxious Iksar villager at ( -524, -42, 437 ) Copy/waypoint -524, -42, 437. There may be several.
Then kill 5 Iksar villagers
Then find barrels of meat in and around the gazebo (on 5-10 minute respawn timers).
Talk to A keen trakaraptor again
Kill Inner Stalker (83^^ Heroic) raptor right near him, he will pop up within 15 meters non agro until you get close to him.
(NOTE: This one is the worst one for soloing, as he procs the dot AND has a habit of dispelling your snare/root. I'd advise you get a friend unless you are very well geared).
