- Defeat Dockmaster Jit'coel in Hold of Rime: The Fortress Spire
- Click barrels on the docks (I believe each person with the quest has to click different barrels)
- Carry the crates and barrels away from the docks
- You will be ambushed by a group of Rime Guards - kill them
- Return to Signy Silverbreaker
