The person to zone in needs the battery from the ringevent in Klak'Anaon, its not a real quest though

First part is a ring event. From time of the first kill you have 10 minuites to finish ring event. Kill roamer, adds pop and attack immediately. All are level 72 epic x4. after adds of first round a second popps just inside the factory gate. Killing this guy again pops adds including a named which auto attacks. Defeating the second round agros the main robo doggy. Doggy has every trick in the book. Killing him lowers the pedistal for further roaming fun. If you do not get to the robo dog by 10 minuites from the first kill your raid is summoned to him for a nice snack.
